1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Astrolas, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have verifiable parental consent, to create a paid account. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. The Service
Astrolas provides astrological chart calculations, interpretations, and related tools. Content is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is NOT a substitute for professional advice in medical, psychological/mental health, legal, or financial matters. If you are in crisis or have suicidal thoughts, contact your local emergency line (115 in Vietnam, 988 in the US, or look up findahelpline.com).
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected].
5. Paid Plans, Credits and Refunds
- Subscriptions auto-renew each billing period until cancelled. Cancel any time from account settings; you keep access until the current period ends. No pro-rata refund for mid-period cancellation.
- Credit packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase if less than 10% of the credits have been consumed. Contact support to request a refund.
- Service failure caused by Astrolas (major outage, incorrect calculation, unauthorized charge) is refunded in full upon confirmation.
- All refunds processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not: abuse AI endpoints, scrape or bulk-download content, attempt to bypass security or access controls, resell accounts, or use the service for illegal purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All interpretations, calculations, source code, and designs are owned by Astrolas and protected by Vietnamese and international copyright law. You may use generated output for personal purposes. Commercial redistribution, reselling, or training AI models on our output requires written permission.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrolas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or decisions made based on astrological content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot be excluded under Vietnamese consumer protection law.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved first by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Vietnam.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or a site banner at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Provisions on IP, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive termination.
