What if I do not know my exact birth time?
Planet positions by sign barely move across a whole day, so that part still holds. The rising degree moves about one degree every four minutes, so the rising sign and the house boundaries are not reliable on a guessed time. A rough time is still better than none.
Is the text written by a machine or by a person?
Both, in different places. The interpretation base is a library written entry by entry by people. The last step is a language model assembling the pieces that match your chart into one continuous reading, held to the calculated data and not allowed to invent placements.
